By purchasing an account from nordicsmurfs.com, you agree to waive any and all liability to NordicSmurfs (nordicsmurfs.com), and agree to hold harmless NordicSmurfs (nordicsmurfs.com), their properties and respective owners for any damages or liabilities caused through any video game account bans/limitations of any type (Botting, Mutes, Low Priority Que, etc.) or any version of these forms of bans on any and all video games listed by NordicSmurfs. NordicSmurfs claims responsibility for the warranty duration specified in the “Warranties” section of these Terms and Conditions. If the customer fails to change the required information (such as password and email) after the purchase, NordicSmurfs will not be held liable for any account damages. If there is a dispute or chargeback filed against Onlinenetic AB, it will result in the immediate suspension of all agreed upon protection as well as support regarding issues.
We provide a lifetime warranty on all of our products. The warranty period for the product you are purchasing is mentioned on the product card when you check out. Our warranties only cover bans related to botting, and does not cover bans or limitations such as toxicity, scripting or any other offences. If the account you purchased gets banned for botting within the stated warranty period, you can claim a free replacement by contacting us. While claiming your warranty, you will have to attach a screenshot of the login screen of the account as well as the account credentials in order for us to manually confirm the ban. If you experience the rare issue of a botting ban, you will be guaranteed a replacement within 24 hours. Replacements are often quite fast, hence this process is usually completed within an hour or two.
Refunds are not available. Replacements are always available as long as it goes under the terms of our warranty. If an account purchased from us gets locked we will under no circumstances recover the account. This is due to the users who have purchased an account and may have re-sold it without NordicSmurfs permission, and with the help of NordicSmurfs tries to recover the account back to them and scam others. Under any circumstances, a locked account will not be recovered. By purchasing an account from NordicSmurfs, visiting nordicsmurfs.com, or speaking to its owners/associates, you hereby agree to all of the above terms.
If NordicSmurfs suspects any fraudulent activity connected with a payment, we may request more information regarding the payment in order to verify that the transaction was authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card or any other payment method used. Failure to provide confirmation that the transaction was authorized may result in the delivery of the products or services ordered from us being delayed, as well as other consequences. NordicSmurfs reserves the right to maintain fraud at our discretion. All fraudulent issues will be resolved and/or the customer will be notified within 36 business hours.
Upon request, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NordicSmurfs and our affiliates, contractors, vendors, and content providers from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, that arise from or relate to a breach of these Terms & Conditions for which you are responsible, or in connection with your distribution of any content on or through nordicsmurfs.com services.
You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body. You are also responsible that all and any information you enter on nordicsmurfs.com or any of its 3:rd party service providers is correct and accurate.
